Justin Agren

Justin Agren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, sales, and marketing across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Justin leads a team of approximately 30 engineers and has successfully launched high ROI products, including the E-28 Retrieve Drive and the Retractable Hook Cable System. Prior roles include Chief Engineer and Product Line Manager III at Safran, where Justin enhanced project delivery and developed product strategies aligned with market needs. Early career experiences include positions at Tesla Motors, Zodiac Aerospace, Hexcel Corporation, and Dontech Inc., contributing to various engineering and reliability projects. Justin holds a Master's in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Villanova School of Business.
