Paul Baldwin has extensive work experience in the gaming and mobile entertainment industry. Paul started their career in 1994 at Eidos Interactive as the VP of Sales, Marketing, and Licensing, where they built the Tomb Raider brand into a top-selling PlayStation title. Paul then moved on to Hands-On Mobile as the VP of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the North American product portfolio and distribution strategy. In 2008, they joined Gazillion Entertainment as the VP of Publishing, leading the company's publishing strategy and product portfolio. Paul also worked at Outfit7 Inc. as the Head of Monetization and CMO, responsible for revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and brand integration. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the CEO of JoyBits Ltd., leading the development and success of the award-winning Doodle Series of apps. Currently, Paul serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at Curve Games since 2017.

Paul Baldwin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy of Industrialized Societies at the University of California, Berkeley in 1994.
