Previously, Patricia held various marketing and communication roles, including Manager of Strategic Communications at the NSW Department of Education, and Head of Brand at Uniting, where leadership in brand transformation significantly increased brand awareness and familiarity. Additional experience includes product management roles at Ausgrid and marketing positions at Vodafone, Westpac, The Star, and NRMA. Educational qualifications include a Disruptive Strategy course from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Wollongong, complemented by design credentials from the University of the Arts London and Domus Academy.
