Randy R. Bertin, Ed.D., currently serves as the Head of School at Cushing Academy since July 2018. Previously, Randy held various leadership roles at Besant Hill School of Happy Valley from July 2006 to June 2018, including Head of School, Assistant Head for Advancement, and Director of Admissions and Financial Aid. From November 1999 to June 2006, Randy was involved in multiple capacities at Stoneleigh-Burnham School, such as Director of Athletics and Certified Athletic Trainer. Randy R. Bertin holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, a Master's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire.
