Blake Crouse has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at McKee Foods Corporation as a Packaging Technician, responsible for maintaining work areas and equipment, monitoring product flow, and performing equipment setup and changeovers. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness, where they assisted in recruitment, monitored inventory and sales numbers, and ensured team members followed protocols. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, building relationships with customers, negotiating prices, and closing deals. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Customer Service and Logistics Manager at Custom Craft Poultry, handling supply chain development and management, production planning, and purchasing. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Director of Operations at White River Cold Storage, overseeing warehouse operations, implementing logistics strategies, and ensuring accurate inventory control. And currently, starting in 2023, they are the Director of Supply Chain and Logistics at Custom Craft Poultry.
Blake Crouse earned a High School Diploma from Siloam Springs High School Conversion Charter between 2006 and 2009.
