Jameson "Clay" Rowledge is a Mechanical Engineer II at Custom Microwave, Inc., a position held since August 2017, and also served as a Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to this role, Clay worked as an Engineering Intern at Czero from May 2016 to September 2019, contributing to the development of new concepts and designs to address R&D challenges and creating solid models using SolidWorks. Clay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, earned between 2012 and 2017.

CMI was founded in 1965 for the purpose of manufacturing complex high precision microwave, millimeterwave and sub-millimeterwave passive components and assemblies for ground and space use. CMI is an approved vendor for most aerospace companies including Lockheed Martin, Space Systems Loral, Orbital Sciences Corp., Boeing Satellite Systems, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Harris, NASA/JPL/GSFC, and Ball Aerospace.
