Troy Watson is an experienced Wire EDM machinist at Custom Microwave, Inc., where responsibilities include programming and operating two Agie Wire EDM Machines, along with programming, setup, maintenance, and fixture creation. Prior to this role, Troy served as Service Manager at Pedal of Littleton, overseeing a team of eight mechanics, managing service inventory, and handling warranty claims, while also being a certified e-bike specialist. Troy's extensive management experience in the cycling industry includes work at Full Cycle Bikes, Colorado Multisport, and The Tune Up Bar, where responsibilities encompassed managing seven mechanics and a fleet of 40 rental bikes. Troy holds multiple certifications from Front Range Community College, including SOLIDWORKS CSWP, SOLIDWORKS CSWA, a Precision Machining Certificate, and a MASTERCAM certificate.
