Eline Khancheh Zar serves as the Innovation & CX Lead at Customer Collective since June 2022 and also holds the position of Consulting Manager at The House of Marketing, a role initiated in January 2016. In this consulting capacity, Eline focuses on aiding clients in achieving profitable, sustainable growth through strategic marketing. Eline's project experience includes value proposition design for various industries, digital customer journey optimization, and qualitative research across Europe. Previous roles include marketing assistant positions at Henkel and L'Oréal Luxe, and an internship in market research at Brouwerij Lindemans. Eline holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel, complemented by short-term educational experiences at Bilkent University and Université Saint-Louis.
