Billy McClennan

Billy McClennan is an experienced sales and partnerships leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Channel Sales at Customer.io since November 2023. With a strong background in partnership development, McClennan has held key roles at Gorgias from August 2019 to November 2023, where contributions included growing the partnership team to 20 members and generating substantial revenue through agency partnerships. McClennan also participated as an Executive Member at Partnership Leaders and served as an Investor and Advisor at LyveCom. Prior roles include Head of Sales and Operations at Humon, Technical Sales Representative at Mandel Scientific Company Inc., and various academic positions at the University of Ottawa and Saint Mary's University. McClennan holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Saint Mary's University.
