Terry Chen has over 20 years of diverse work experience in data sciences, consulting, and software engineering. Currently, they hold a senior-level position as the Senior Director of Data Sciences at CustomerInsights.AI. Prior to that, they were a Director of Data Sciences and an Associate Director at the same company. Before joining CustomerInsights.AI, Terry worked at Symphony Health as a Senior Practice Consultant in different areas such as Managed Markets and Brand Analytics.
