Jaime Rinaldi

Jaime Rinaldi currently serves as the Deputy Divisional Director for Exchange Delegate Acquisition at Customer Management Practice since December 2018, leading initiatives that bring senior leaders together to discuss best practices in customer experience, patient experience, marketing, and innovation. Prior to this role, Jaime held an internship as Head of Audience Development at the United Nations Federal Credit Union in the summer of 2018, focusing on social media marketing. Jaime Rinaldi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Media from Hunter College.
