Parthiv Shah, CISM, CISSP, is an experienced information security leader currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President at Customers Bank since November 2024. Previously, Parthiv held the position of Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President at Flagstar Bank, focusing on enterprise-wide information security programs compliant with regulatory frameworks. Prior roles include Chief Information Security Officer at Signature Bank and The Clearing House, where Parthiv implemented comprehensive security programs and collaborated with various regulatory agencies. Parthiv also served on the Board of Directors for NorthEast First and was Secretary for the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council. With a career spanning over two decades, Parthiv began as a Senior Analyst at IDT Telecom and has held various roles, including Vice President at Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and Investec USA Inc. Parthiv holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The City College of New York.
