Nikita Davydov has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nikita started their career in 2003 as a Business Analyst/Consultant/Team Lead in various projects. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Manager at BearingPoint. In 2016, they joined Ericsson as an ICT Expert until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Senior Manager at IBM iX. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager / Delivery Head at Customertimes Corp.

Nikita Davydov has a diverse education history. In 1996, they started attending the Saint Petersburg State Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics (Technical University), where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science. Nikita completed this program in 2001.

In 2014, Nikita enrolled in the Executive program at the Yale School of Management, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
