Tessa Yutadco

Tessa Yutadco is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Cutera, Inc. since January 2024, following a tenure at InterVenn Biosciences where Tessa held the roles of Vice President, Corporate Legal, and Sr. Director, Corporate Counsel from November 2021 to January 2024. Previous experience includes positions as Corporate Attorney at Kleinfelder and Associate Attorney at Kutak Rock. Tessa founded and served as CEO of My Prime, a socially responsible skin care brand, and has held various legal positions, including Attorney at Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP and Kutak Rock. Tessa began legal career as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Natalia Combs-Greene in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and has interned with UNHCR and externed at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University, and an LLM in Litigation & Dispute Resolution from The George Washington University Law School.
