Julien Thomas currently serves as Directeur PMO SAP at Talan Americas, managing SAP project managers and overseeing project alignment and delivery. With a robust background in SAP R3 and S4 HANA implementations, Julien has successfully led various project types, including rollouts and migrations. Prior experience includes strategic project management roles at GROUPE CONCERTI INC, where project implementation of Epicor ERP was a key focus, and responsibilities ranged from budget management to business process analysis. Additionally, Julien worked at Groupe Meloche, honing skills in aligning digital processes and conducting ERP implementations. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and an engineering diploma from Grenoble INP - UGA.
