Ami Hollis

Ami Hollis, M.A., SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President for People, Culture and Talent Development at Cuyahoga Community College, with a tenure that began in November 2018. Hollis has held multiple leadership positions within the institution, including Interim Vice President, CHRO, and Executive Director of HRIS & Total Rewards. Prior to this, Hollis worked at Kent State University from September 1995 to November 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing a comprehensive On-Campus Student Employment Program that employed over 5,000 students across multiple campuses, as well as ensuring compliance with various laws and university policies. Ami Hollis holds a Master’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Kent State University.
