Daune Robinson Calovini

Daune Robinson Calovini is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and public relations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Specialist for Cuyahoga County since November 2021, Daune previously held various roles at iHeartMedia, including Inventory Revenue Manager and News Anchor, where responsibilities included managing commercial logs and producing daily news segments. Daune's broadcasting career began as a Public Address Announcer for the Cleveland Indians, where Daune made history as the first female announcer, and continued with positions at notable organizations such as Clear Channel Radio and WMJI - Radio. Daune holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University, a Master of Arts in Theology and Religious Studies from John Carroll University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences from Mississippi State University.
