Eli Thomas

Eli Thomas currently serves as the Head of People for the Americas at CVC Capital Partners, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Eli was the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at New Fortress Energy from September 2021 to April 2023. Eli's extensive experience at Blackstone spanned from August 2007 to September 2021, during which Eli held multiple senior roles, including Managing Director & Head of HR Operations and Senior Vice President & Head of HR Operations. Earlier in Eli's career, HR roles were also undertaken at Citi as a Compensation Assistant. Eli holds a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from the University of Evansville.
