Justin Mayers has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Justin started their career at the Annapolis Marriott Waterfront Hotel, where they underwent a management training program in various departments. Justin then worked as an intern and later as a legislative/governmental consultant aide at Ericks Consultants, Inc. In 2010, they joined the Hyatt Dulles - Thayer Lodging Group, where they served as a sales manager and corporate management trainee. Justin also worked as a sales manager at the Hyatt Hotels Corporation and as a hospitality consultant at REVPAR International. Most recently, they have been working at CWCapital as a vice president of asset management.
Justin Mayers attended Cardinal Gibbons High School from 2002 to 2006. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at Florida State University from 2006 to 2010. During their time at Florida State University, their major was Political Science and they had a minor in Business.
