Kelly L. Kuhn

Kelly L. Kuhn is an experienced executive and independent non-executive director with a strong background in leadership and governance within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Computacenter and ISS A/S, Kelly chairs the Remuneration Committee at ISS A/S and contributes to the Audit and Remuneration Committees at Computacenter. As a Special Advisor at CWT since 2007, Kelly has focused on strategic vision, client engagement, and mentoring executive leaders globally. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at CWT, where responsibilities encompassed customer management and corporate strategy, alongside leadership positions in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Additional advisory roles include positions at WNS, McChrystal Group, and WINiT by GBTA, as well as membership in IWF UK. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Northwestern University.
