Jack Pham has worked in the technology industry since 2012. Jack began their career at GNT Vietnam as an Automation Test Developer, where they developed an automation testing tool for web games using libraries and frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, JUnit, Chrome driver, Firefox driver, IE driver, and Selenium standalone. Jack then moved on to Lazada Group as an Automation QA Engineer in 2014. In 2016, they joined Silicon Straits Saigon as an Automation QA Engineer. In 2017, they were hired by Grab as an Automation Engineer. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior QA Engineer at CXA Group since 2019.
Jack Pham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ho-Chi-Minh city University of Science between 2010 and 2014.
