Richard Farmer has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Richard is currently serving as the Managing Director - Asia at CXC. Previously, they held the positions of Director - Head of Talent Acquisition - APAC at ERM: Environmental Resources Management and Chairman Singapore at The Recruitment Network. Richard also worked as a Partner at MitchelLake Group and Founder & Managing Partner at Connector Talent Solutions. Prior to these roles, they served as the APAC Managing Director at Phaidon International and Director of Specialised Recruitment at Randstad Singapore. Richard Farmer's career started at Apsley Recruitment, where they worked as a Manager in the Banking and Financial Services division.
Richard Farmer attended Great Wyrley High School from 1987 to 1994. Richard then pursued a Bsc Hons degree in Environmental Science and Policy at Liverpool John Moores University from 1994 to 1997.
