Ray Lowe

Ray Lowe serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at AltaMed Health Services, overseeing IT operations for a large network serving 300,000 Medicaid members and 300 providers. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Ray has held prominent roles including Founding Member at CXO/RISE, and previously served as Senior Director of IT for Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure at Dignity Health, where responsibilities included strategic planning and disaster recovery program transformation. Ray's background also includes significant positions at Providence Health and Services and Kaiser Permanente, contributing to IT operations and system design. An alumnus of the University of Southern California, Ray holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering.
