Sandy Murphy is the Founder & CEO of Cxstomer, a company that aims to positively impact the BPO industry by providing good working conditions for customer care professionals. Cxstomer partners with fast-growing startups to scale their customer support operations with dedicated teams based in Jamaica and the Philippines. Prior to Cxstomer, Sandy was the Director of CX Solutions at Compass Experience Labs, where they focused on providing on-brand customer experiences. Sandy is also a former board member of SOCAP Ohio Chapter. Sandy has a strong background in business development, having worked at HKT Teleservices where they closed the largest contract in company history and was accountable for significant revenue. Sandy also held roles in quality assurance and sales at HKT Teleservices.

Sandy Murphy earned a Professional Diploma in Digital Selling from the Digital Marketing Institute from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed an Associates in Culinary Arts from the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh from 2001 to 2003. Sandy also has additional certifications including AAISP Certified Inside Sales Professional and a Professional Diploma in Digital & Social Selling from the Digital Marketing Institute.
