William Shih began their career in 2008 as a Manager at HTC. In 2015, they moved to Qihoo 360 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2018, they joined CYBAVO as a Staff Engineer. In this role, they were one of the earliest employees of the startup and was responsible for rapidly responding to changes and shipping the first product in a short development cycle. William's work included architecting and full-stack implementation from Backend to Frontend, Mobile app, SDK, and websites, using Golang, VueJS, Android, and React Native.
William Shih obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Yuan-Ze University between 1999 and 2004. William then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Taichung First Senior High School from 1996 to 1999.
