Kara Waters has extensive experience in client relationship management, having worked at Jack Henry since July 2019 in multiple roles, including Senior Client Relationship Manager and Client Relationship Management Specialist. Prior to this, Kara was employed at iPay Technologies/Jack Henry & Associates from February 2004, serving as Implementation Coordinator and in Client Relations, where responsibilities included maintaining long-term relationships with clients and managing post-sales support. Earlier career experience includes serving as Medical Office Manager at Dr Knight, Smith, Bauer Ophthalmologist, and as Client Support Specialist at Knology Cable, where procedure improvements led to enhanced marketing opportunities. Kara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Eastern Kentucky University and completed general studies at Central Hardin High School.
