Aki Takahashi

Aki Takahashi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and support services across various technology sectors. Since November 2018, Aki has served as a Customer Success Manager at Cybereason, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and project management. Previously, Aki held the position of Channel Manager at Scala from November 2007 to November 2018, where responsibilities included pre-sales of digital signage solutions and managing CRM systems. Aki's career began at MCI Worldcom Japan Ltd. as a Web Hosting Specialist, followed by roles at Sony Supply Chain Solutions, Citi Private Bank Japan, and Symantec Group VERITAS Software, gaining expertise in network operations, internal technology support, and global customer service. Aki holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University.
