Dennis Könißer

Dongchul (Dennis) Kim has extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy. Since July 2000, Dongchul has served as a Director and HR Planning Group Leader at Samsung Electronics, overseeing HR planning, human resource development, and performance management. Prior to this role, Dongchul worked as a Research Fellow in the Human Resources & Organization Research Department at Samsung Economics Research Institute from October 2012 to February 2016. An internship at E-Land Group was completed in February 1998. Dongchul holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from Korea University, earned in 2014, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hongik University, completed in 1997.
