Masahiro Okuno

Masahiro Okuno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and IT security. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success for Cybereason since April 2020, Okuno has progressed from Customer Success Manager to Manager in the West Japan region. Prior to this role, Okuno worked at NRI (Nomura Research Institute) from September 2015 to March 2020, notably contributing to significant global IT security projects for major manufacturers and trading companies. Additionally, experience includes a role as Project Manager at Nomura Research Institute Asia Pacific Private Limited and a foundational position as System Engineer at NRI. Okuno holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Sciences from Nagoya University, acquired between 1999 and 2003.
