With extensive experience in service implementation and support, including tenures at Orange Cloud for Business and Internet Egypt, Ahmed possesses a strong foundation in technical project management and systems administration. Educational qualifications include an IT Project Management Diploma from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science from Future Academy.
