Jeffrey A. Bertelsen

Jeffrey A. Bertelsen started as the Vice President—Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2005. On February 21, 2014, Mr. Bertelsen was appointed Chief Operating Officer, and will also retain his positions as Vice President—Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining CyberOptics, Mr. Bertelsen was Vice President, Finance, Corporate Controller and Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Computer Network Technology Corporation (“CNT”), a provider of storage networking equipment and solutions. During his ten years at CNT, Mr. Bertelsen held various positions starting as a controller in 1995. Prior to joining CNT, Mr. Bertelsen was a CPA with KPMG LLP.
