Renat Zhdanov

Principal 3d Computer Vision Research Scientist at CyberOptics

Renat Zhdanov is an accomplished Principal 3D Computer Vision Research Scientist at CyberOptics, leading research and development in 3D computer vision algorithms since April 2018. Prior to this role, Zhdanov served as Chief Scientist and VP at BIO-key International, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a team to develop advanced fingerprint biometric algorithms from November 2001 to April 2018. Zhdanov's earlier experience includes roles as an Algorithm Scientist at Complutense University of Madrid, a Principal Mathematician at the Institute of Mathematics, and an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at Technical University of Clausthal. Zhdanov holds two Ph.D. degrees in Differential Equations and Mathematical Physics, as well as a Master's degree in Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
