Estephan has established the agency as a leading cybersecurity recruitment service in Europe, providing tailored solutions for clients facing challenges in finding and retaining candidates, enhancing employer branding, and strategic recruitment. Previous roles include Business Developer for contract recruitment in the oil and gas sector at Harlow Support Services and Progressive Recruitment, as well as management positions in IT recruitment in Paris. Estephan holds a Master’s degree in International Negotiation from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and an MBA from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4.
