Ms. Wilcox is a leading counsel, practicing in Chicago, Illinois with specialization in Intellectual Property Law for over two decades, she has worked with some or all of the members of Wilcox IP, PC since 1999, serving as the managing partner of the Trademark and Copyright Groups of the firm’s predecessors since 2004. She has provided trademark and copyright counsel to her clients in areas such as branding and corporate name research and clearance, trademark and domain name acquisition, trademark and copyright prosecution, trademark and copyright policing and trademark and copyright litigation.
