John has extensive experience in leading initiatives for enterprise transformation within the social service sector and has been actively engaged in collaborating with external stakeholders for skills development. Previously, at Motor Image Enterprises Pte Ltd, John managed the Regional Training Academy to standardize learning and development across the APAC region. John's earlier roles include positions at Dioworks Learning Pte Ltd, Institute for Adult Learning Singapore, Connectere Singapore Pte Ltd, Republic Polytechnic, Care Community Services Society, and Trinity Christian Centre. John holds a Master's degree in Learning and Professional Development from Griffith University and various certifications in workplace learning and adult education.
