Umar Chong Shafie currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Cyberview Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities include the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and coordinating the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP). Prior to this role, Umar worked at The Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) from October 2016 to August 2022 as a Corporate Trainer and Anti-Corruption Consultant, focusing on the Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan and conducting Corruption Risk Assessments. Umar also held the position of Assistant Director of Administration at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad for a year after serving as an Executive. Umar holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, completed between 2011 and 2014.
