Rachel Cordy

Rachel Custer is an experienced education and training professional with a strong background in course management and academic support. Currently serving as Senior Course Manager at Cybrary since January 2023, Rachel oversees the creation and publishing of asynchronous courses, providing guidance to Subject Matter Experts and employing agile methodologies for effective team communication. Previously, Rachel held the role of Assistant Director at Kent State University's Academic Success Center, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing outreach programs, and developing academic resources. Additionally, Rachel has experience in supplemental instruction coordination, student activities management, and budget oversight across multiple educational institutions. Rachel holds a Master's degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Mathematics from Ashland University.
