James Paolo C. is a Senior Research And Development Engineer at CyDen, where James Paolo researches, develops, and tests new technologies for product implementation. Prior to CyDen, James Paolo worked as a Research Engineer at Swansea University, sponsored by TATA Steel, and as a Design Engineer at Midatech Pharma PLC. With a Doctor of Engineering in Materials, Modelling And Manufacturing from Swansea University and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales, James has a strong academic background in engineering.

This growth has seen CyDen's headcount grow from 16 colleagues to 400 and open its first overseas office in Tokyo, Japan.
