Steven Phillips has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Training Officer at CyDen since July 2022. Prior to this role, Steven was an Operations Training and Development Leader at Cytiva from January 2022 to July 2022, and held various positions at Amazon UK from August 2011 to January 2022, including Learning and Development Coordinator, Learning Specialist, and Workflow Lead. Steven’s responsibilities have included training associates on processes and health and safety requirements, managing training records, and ensuring effective communication across various levels of the organization. Steven’s educational background includes studies at Ysgol Maesydderwen, Virtual College, and Ysgol Maesydderwen Sixth Form.
