Jelena Lazarevic has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jelena started their career at GE Healthcare as a Lean Leader and later moved to Xylem Inc., where they worked as a Lean Six Sigma/Black Belt Project Manager and Support & Process Manager. At Xylem, they were responsible for implementing improvement projects and training employees in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. After their time at Xylem, Jelena worked at Skanova as a Change Management Strategist, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving organizational change. Jelena then joined Telia Company as a Senior Service Manager IoT, where they worked closely with sales, operations, and technology functions to improve customer experience in the rapidly growing IoT business. Currently, Jelena is working at Telia Cygate as Head of Professional Project Management, leading a team of IT Project Managers and ensuring successful project delivery for Telia Cygate's enterprise customers.
Jelena Lazarevic obtained a Master of Engineering degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2004. Jelena also completed a Green Belt, Train the trainer course (1 week) at Xylem Inc in 2011, and a Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma training (5 weeks) at Xylem Inc in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023, and an ITIL 4 Foundation certification from Addskills Cornerstone Group in 2019.
