Laura Sonninen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Laura started their career in customer service before taking on roles such as Assistant Revenue Manager at Thistle Hotels and Senior Administrative Assistant at Sodexo. Laura then transitioned into knowledge and communications management at KPMG Finland and pursued business development at EY as an Assistant Director. Later, they became the Internal Collaboration Lead & Product Owner at SOK, where they focused on developing the digital work environment and modern ways of work. Most recently, they have worked as a Senior Modern Work Consultant at Meltlake, advising clients on digital employee experience and change management. Additionally, they co-founded Roboco. In the future, Laura will become the Head of Business, Licenses & Managed 365 at Telia Cygate.
Laura Sonninen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in May 2018, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
