Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Dallas, and as the Head of Sales & Strategic Initiatives for Cyient’s Transportation Business Unit in North America, Dr. Gondhalekar has held prominent leadership roles at major companies, including Vice President positions at Cyient and Tech Mahindra, where strategic account management and business development were key responsibilities.
