The Company's subsidiaries include Cymao Plywood Sdn. Bhd. (Cymao Plywood), Inovwood Sdn. Bhd. (Inovwood) and Poly-Ply Industries Sdn. Bhd. (Poly-Ply Industries). Cymao Plywood is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of veneer, plywood and decorative plywood, and provision of barge hiring services. Inovwood is engaged in manufacturing and sale of veneer, plywood and decorative plywood. Poly-Ply Industries is engaged in manufacturing of polyester-overlaid plywood.
