Adam Gislason

Adam Gislason serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at Cymbiotika LLC, overseeing legal, corporate, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and expand the company's IP portfolio. As the founder and owner of KATAPOLT, Gislason provides outside general counsel and business consulting services to tech-based companies. Gislason is also an Executive Board Member of The Sanneh Foundation, focusing on youth development through soccer. Previously, Gislason co-founded Strike R&D Tax Advisory to assist tech startups in recovering R&D tax credits, and held roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Business Affairs at Ventive, and Counsel at Fox Rothschild LLP. Gislason has significant experience in representing businesses and creatives in complex legal matters, supported by a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia College.
