Hadar Sahar

Hadar Sahar serves as the Global Employee Experience Manager at Cynet Security since July 2021, overseeing the organization and production of global events, conferences, and campaigns, while executing welfare policies and managing employee engagement activities. Prior to this role, Hadar worked as an HR Operations and Wellbeing Specialist at The Jewish Agency for Israel and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Yedioth Ahronoth, gaining significant experience in recruitment and support for teachers. Additionally, Hadar held a position at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, supporting senior management and overseeing recruitment efforts. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Consulting and a BA in Behavioral Sciences with HR from The College of Management Academic Studies.
