Jerome O'Brien is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Cypress Creek Renewables since July 2014. Prior to that, they were an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Jones Day from September 2008 to July 2014. With a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, their expertise lies in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, general corporate governance issues, and business entity formation and structuring.
