Ray J Watson

Ray J Watson, MDIV, M.S.S.E., currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since August 2025, focusing on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Hempstead ISD, where Ray J Watson led academic excellence initiatives and coordinated IEP meetings for special needs students, along with teaching Social Studies at various educational institutions for several years. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master of Science in Secondary Education from the University at Albany, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in History. Additionally, Ray J Watson has extensive experience in mentoring, instructional leadership, and developing effective educational programs.
