Ariana Fiacco

Ariana Fiacco is an experienced Operations and Project Manager currently at Cypress HCM since January 2025. Previously, Ariana held the position of Manager, Total Rewards at AbbVie for a brief period in late 2024 and at Cerevel Therapeutics from March 2021 to August 2024, where roles included Senior Analyst and Analyst II within Total Rewards. Ariana also served as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Together Through NAS, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting children affected by neonatal abstinence syndrome, from February 2018 to September 2019.
