Avishek Prasad has a strong background in law and finance. Avishek began their career at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co in 2004 as an Associate. Avishek then progressed to become the Head of Business Development and later worked in the Managing Partner's Office. In 2015, Avishek joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where they initially held the position of Managing Partner's Office & Head of Business Development before being promoted to Deputy Director of Business Development. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Finance Practices. Their work experience spans over 15 years in the legal and finance sectors.
Avishek Prasad completed the Executive Program for Young Professionals in Marketing Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A.LLB (Hons) degree from the National Law School of India University in 2004.
