Russell Fox

Russell Fox has more than 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Russell started their career as a Specialist in the US Army, where they served as a Cavalry Scout and participated in notable operations. After their military service, they worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department. Russell then transitioned into the private sector, joining Xerox Connect as a Shift Manager responsible for troubleshooting network, server, and security issues. Russell later worked at Gateway Communications as a Manager in the Network Operations Center, where they were responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network systems. Russell also held positions at CBTS and CyrusOne, where they gained extensive experience in Data Center Operations, managing multiple data centers and overseeing budgets. Throughout their career, Russell has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.

Russell Fox attended the University of Cincinnati but did not obtain a degree in any specific field of study. In addition to their education, they hold several certifications including ITIL V3 Foundations from ITIL Certified in 2011, Data Center Certified Associate from APC by Schneider Electric in 2008, MCSE NT from Microsoft in 1998, and MCP from Microsoft in 1997.
